Job Description

Our client, a company specializing in managing Amazon accounts for other businesses, is seeking a proactive Project Manager with expertise in Amazon account management and PPC strategies.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and account managers, ensuring that client needs are understood, and communicated effectively and that tasks are executed accurately and efficiently to drive client success on the Amazon platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal account managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, translating them into actionable plans for the account management team.
  • Oversee the execution of Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings to discuss account strategies, progress, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each client’s specific goals and industry trends.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of Amazon PPC and e-commerce trends.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and consistent delivery of results.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience in client relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, including campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic advertising plans that drive client success.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading client meetings, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and progress.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
