Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)

BCBA Responsibilities - Design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and update treatment goals
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client progress
- Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
BCBA Qualifications - Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising RBTs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children with autism and their families
