Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

  • Partner with senior leaders to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

  • Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.

  • Provide expert guidance on change impacts, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.

  • Measure and report on change effectiveness to inform future improvements.

  • Provide thought leadership and coaching on change management best practices, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

  • Champion a systems approach to organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment across high-impact initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management or related field.

  • Experience in organizational design preferred

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to tailor design outcomes to enable business success.

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence at all levels and drive consensus in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles.

  • Familiarity with digital transformation and agile practices.

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%, primarily for key client events
