We’re seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to support our live events, community outreach programs, and face-to-face marketing campaigns for mission-driven nonprofit organizations. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the first point of contact at events and community activations. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with the public, answering questions, sharing campaign information, and creating positive brand experiences for ethical and nonprofit organizations.
This is an entry-level position with paid training , ideal for individuals looking to build skills in communication, customer service, event support, and outreach.
Represent nonprofit and ethical brands at live events, outreach sites, and promotional activations
Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide clear, helpful campaign information
Assist with event setup, registration, logistics , and distribution of promotional materials
Engage with community members to build awareness and support for ongoing campaigns
Collect customer feedback and document interactions to improve event performance
Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to ensure smooth event operations
Troubleshoot on-site issues with a professional, solution-oriented mindset
Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, high-quality customer service throughout each event
No experience required — we provide full, paid training.
