We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing data, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. If you have a strong sense of accountability, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for data, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Efficiently manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order verification, payment processing, and shipping coordination.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels across our online platforms and internal data files.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product information, providing timely and courteous assistance.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure optimal inventory availability.
• Platform Maintenance: Regularly update product listings, images, and descriptions on our e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate and appealing content.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and accounting, to support the overall success of our e-commerce operations.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, data management, order processing, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
