We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of client events from start to finish. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and excited to grow in the fast-paced world of event management. No experience is required —just a passion for events and a willingness to learn.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing client events
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment with their event goals
  • Provide regular updates on event progress and help address client questions and concerns
  • Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, and staffing coordination
  • Ensure necessary materials, supplies, and resources are prepared and available on event day
  • Provide on-site support during events by managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and production teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors, venues, and external partners
  • Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to support continuous improvement
  • Help compile post-event reports, performance insights, and recommendations

 

Requirements

  • No prior experience required —training provided
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
