As an Entry Level Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for the public at community events, promotional activations, and nonprofit campaigns. Your role is to share information, engage with attendees, and help drive awareness and support for mission-driven initiatives.
This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want hands-on experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, and event support.
Represent nonprofit partners and ethical brands at events and outreach locations
Greet attendees and communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
Assist with event setup, booth preparation, and distribution of materials
Engage with community members to promote awareness and encourage participation
Track basic event interactions and provide feedback to improve campaign performance
Collaborate with event and marketing teams to support daily goals
Maintain a positive, professional presence throughout each event
No prior experience is required— we provide full training .
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
Are comfortable speaking with people in public settings
Can adapt to fast-moving, event-based work environments
Are available for occasional weekends or evenings
Preferred (not required):
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, outreach, or promotions
