We invite you to learn more and discover "The Vanguard Family" We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the General Manager for our Vanguard Volkswagen of North Austin dealership. Income: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 based on experience and duties assigned Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for the General Manager
• Work closely with the General Manager and other departments
• Ensure strategies and standard operating procedures are effectively communicated and managed between departments.
• Format information, memos, emails, and reports
• Understand and build Excel Spread sheets

Skills

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• MS Office and Excel knowledge required
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bilingual a must
• College, at least two years
