This is a senior leadership role with global reach. You’ll take full ownership of the commercial strategy and execution across all channels; Retail, Distribution, and DTC. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and brand growth while safeguarding brand equity. Your remit will include pricing, forecasting, investment planning, and spearheading expansion into new markets and channels.

This position offers a broad and influential scope across commercial strategy (sell-in and sell-out) and sales execution - perfect for someone ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global commercial strategy across retail, distribution, and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Drive decisions on market presence, store locations, and brand presentation to maximise consumer experience and profitability.
• Manage global P&L, including pricing, forecasting, and investment planning to achieve growth targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and digital commerce.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
• Oversee retailer and distributor relationships worldwide, ensuring strong partnerships and joint business planning
• Negotiate trade terms and agreements to deliver sustainable returns and open new market opportunities.
• Lead global DTC and e-commerce growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and premium brand positioning.
• Establish robust reporting frameworks and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure all commercial activities align with brand identity and support long-term growth objectives.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in global commercial leadership within beauty, personal care, or premium consumer brands.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end commercial levers, driving sustainable growth.
• Expertise in leading large beauty retail accounts and managing global market strategies.
• Demonstrated success in scaling DTC and e-commerce businesses across diverse regions.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with operational discipline.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep passion for purpose-led beauty and safeguarding brand integrity in high-growth environments.
