Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, physical, and perfect for someone who likes working with their hands, follows clear processes, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
You will install spray foam, fiberglass, blown-in insulation, and help with removals. You’ll work closely with our crew, drive to job sites, maintain equipment, and ensure every home or building is insulated safely and correctly.

Responsibilities:
• Install various insulation products: spray foam, fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, and foam board
• Perform insulation removals safely and efficiently
• Prep job sites and clean up materials after completion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and proper installation procedures
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to building standards
• Maintain tools, spray foam rigs, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with team members, contractors, and homeowners
• Document work completed using company systems (mobile apps/job notes)
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Physically able to work in attics, crawl spaces, tight areas, and varying temperatures • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and uneven terrain • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow established processes, safety protocols, and installation standards • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full shift without excessive absences
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment • Ability to measure accurately and perform basic math
• Strong work ethic — takes pride in doing the job right the first time
