**We're Hiring: Overnight Sanitation Technicians** **Englewood, CO | Contract-to-Hire** Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact? Join our team as a Sanitation Technician and help keep our cleanroom environment spotless and safe. You'll be part of a crew that supports pharmaceutical production by making sure everything is disinfected, documented, and ready to roll for the next shift. **What You'll Be Doing** + Cleaning and disinfecting cleanrooms between production runs + Following detailed procedures (we'll train you!) to keep everything up to standard + Wearing full cleanroom gear and using sterile techniques + Mixing and labeling cleaning solutions + Safely disposing of pharmaceutical waste + Keeping accurate records and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) + Reporting any equipment or safety issues + Helping out with equipment setup and other production support tasks **What We're Looking For** + Someone who's detail-oriented and reliable + Comfortable working in cleanroom attire + Able to follow procedures and keep accurate documentation + Experience in a cleanroom or sanitation role is a plus, but not required + Familiarity with GMP/cGMP is helpful **Shifts & Pay** + 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Sun-Thurs) + Pay: $19.75/hour + $3/hour shift differential _Heads up: If you're hired for 2nd or 3rd shift, you'll start on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks of training. No shift differential during training._ **Work Environment** + You'll be working in a 503B pharmaceutical outsourcing facility. It's a clean, highly regulated space where safety and precision matter. Smocks are required outside the cleanroom, and full gowning is required inside. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
