True Interdisciplinary Team: 
You’ll collaborate daily with:
  • Pediatric physical therapists.
  • Speech-language pathologists.
  • Pediatric therapy techs who support setup, transitions, and carryover.


Together we provide whole-child support across motor, sensory, communication, and social-emotional domains.

What Your Role Looks Like In Schools:

  • Supporting students in classrooms, resource rooms, or therapy spaces.
  • Coaching teachers on simple OT strategies that fit into daily routines.
  • Helping kids with regulation, motor skills, self-help, and participation.
  • Participating in IEPs and team meetings (support provided if new to schools).


In the Clinic:

  • Fun, sensory-rich, play-based OT sessions.
  • Parent coaching and home strategies.
  • Option to incorporate Animal-Assisted Therapy with our trained therapy dogs.
  • Ability to develop special groups (fine motor, social, feeding, handwriting, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree (accredited program).
  • Louisiana OT license (or eligibility).
  • Love working with children ages 2–12.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and AI-based tools.
  • Experience with sensory processing, motor delays, autism, ADHD, or willingness to learn.
  • New grads welcome — mentoring provided.
