This Occupational Therapy (OT) position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling in a therapist-owned pediatric private practice located in Austin, TX (Hymeadow area) .
Schedules are designed to support work-life balance while maintaining high-quality patient care.
Role Overview
Full-time or part-time availability
4 days / 10 hours or 5 days / 8 hours
Alternative extended-day schedules (e.g., 3 longer days)
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team, a diverse pediatric caseload, and consistent professional support within a growing organization.
$70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience
Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
