Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support the planning organization and delivery of branding and marketing projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met project milestones are tracked and clients receive a seamless high-quality experience.

This role requires strong communication organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning organizing and executing branding and marketing projects from start to finish.

  • Maintain project timelines schedules and deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate internal team communication to ensure all project components are aligned.

  • Prepare meeting notes project updates and progress reports for internal and client use.

  • Support project managers in monitoring quality control and ensuring all work meets brand standards.

  • Facilitate smooth workflow by anticipating needs identifying risks and offering proactive solutions.

  • Manage documentation files and project assets in an organized and accessible manner.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
