Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage change management strategies and communications for transformation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain presentations and messaging for executive audiences.
  • Lead networks of change champions to execute plans.
  • Define and evaluate success metrics.
  • Build rapport with stakeholders and adapt to changing environments.
  • Influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create engaging content for internal audiences.
  • Drive projects to completion and deliver outcomes.
  • Provide stakeholder and executive-level updates.

Experience Required

  • 7+ years in change management for complex initiatives.
  • 7-10 years in business transformations, strategy, corporate communications, or consulting.
  • Experience in customer support and professional services is a plus.
  • Web design and content production experience is a plus.

Skills & Certifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen and project management.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and strategic thinking.

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; MBA desirable.
  • Change Management certifications highly desirable.
