• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Work with a team of leaders committed to personal growth, leadership, and excellence
• Develop and maintain client relationships with integrity and empathy
• Manage your own pipeline and business using proven systems and tools
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Must be a U.S. resident
• Strong communication, customer service and people skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain - we’ll help guide you through it)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
• Background in sales, customer service, or leadership preferred but not required
• Flexible, remote schedule

• Performance-based compensation (no caps or quotas)
This is a commission-only position. Brokers earn an average of $55,000 – $70,000+ annually , depending on individual effort, performance, and development.
