Job Description

Company

Uscreen is a fast-growing (and profitable) bootstrapped product-led SaaS business. The company is revolutionizing the way video-based entrepreneurs & creators monetize their content via a vertical SaaS & payments model — Shopify for video creators. Uscreen provides an all-in-one platform for entrepreneurs to sell subscriptions, courses, VOD, and live-streamed events on the web, through mobile apps, and via OTT (over-the-top) devices. 12,000+ video creators build, market, and sell their content with Uscreen — and they generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue doing it.

Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join Uscreen's growing product team. In this role, you’ll help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas from concept to execution, ensuring our products are both beautiful and highly usable.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the end-to-end design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with user needs and business goals.
  • Help develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
  • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing dashboards, complex workflows, or SaaS platforms.
  • Background in both agency and in-house product design.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Interview process:

  1. Intro call with Toughbyte
  2. Interview with Team Lead
  3. Case study
  4. Final interview with CTO
