Job Description
Job Details: Paul Davis is seeking career-minded, highly motivated estimators to create estimates for water/fire mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction and remodeling. This is a full-time position in a fast growing company with plenty of growth opportunities with the opportunity earn commission. Requirements - 2+ years verifiable experience in restoration or construction estimating.
- Proficiency in Xactimate.
- Knowledge of local and state building code requirements.
Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To - Create accurate scopes and sketch floorplans.
- Utilize Matterport technology on job sites.
- Independently perform and manage own work.
- Consistently produce estimates within the given timeline.
- Keep constant contact with all clients and insurance carriers.
- Build strong relationships with management, clients, and adjusters.
- Creating proposals, change orders, revisions and supplements.

- Base commission. Our current REs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $110,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential as it's based on your ability to manage large production volumes.
