The Salesforce Data Manager oversees the quality, integrity, and strategic use of data within the organization's Salesforce platform. This role manages day-to-day system operations, ensures clean and consistent data, develops reporting and dashboards, and supports program decision-making through analytics. The manager also leads system enhancements, coordinates with IT and external partners, supervises data staff, and ensures compliance with data governance and security standards. This is a senior-level role that combines technical Salesforce expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

3+ years of Salesforce administration and data analysis experience. 5+ years of experience in data management, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.

Experience leading a Salesforce API integration.

Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Strong experience administering Salesforce CRM and managing external contractors.

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.

Experience in program management or client services.
