Salary: $88,600 - 163,100 per year Requirements:
- We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of successful ServiceNow implementation projects in a client-facing role.
- At least 2 years of consulting experience working with organizations to design and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or Security Operations (SecOps) processes.
- Over 2 years of experience in defining business and functional requirements alongside technology teams, supporting automation via ServiceNow.
- At least 1 year of experience addressing both internal and external client needs, including deploying solutions across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in designing and/or configuring SecOps and/or IRM platform solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs and industry sectors served.

Responsibilities: - As a ServiceNow Consultant in our team, I will have you help organizations create practical solutions for enhanced visibility over critical components of their cybersecurity programs. You will work on various tasks, including:
- Collaborating with clients to establish target use cases for automation while documenting business and functional requirements for software development.
- Designing programs and processes that support automation, alongside documenting process flows, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and metrics.
- Assisting in the configuration and customization of software applications, including forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and access controls.
- Leading the deployment of automated IRM and SecOps solutions in large, complex organizations across diverse industries.
- Conducting detailed analyses of client processes and systems to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborating with senior risk stakeholders (CIO, CRO, CISOs, and their direct reports), building strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
- Preparing high-quality deliverables tailored to client needs and communicating with clients in a well-organized and informed manner.
- Working together with clients to identify and overcome key constraints, risks, and issues, alongside facilitating ServiceNow demonstrations, user testing, and training sessions.

The salary range for this role considers a variety of factors affecting compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, licensure, and organizational needs. This estimate may not reflect geographic differentials for the position's location. Generally, individuals in this role are not hired at or near the top of the range, with pay decisions based on each case's circumstances. A reasonable salary estimate ranges from $88,600 to $163,100.
Eligible individuals may participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to its rules, where an award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
