- Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tap into Jacobs' powerhouse network of technical experts.
Why This Role Is Essential:
- You'll be at the forefront of solving some of the most complex environmental challenges of our time.
- You'll build your career in a company that champions creativity, leadership, and bold ideas.
- You will help grow our Northern California water resource recovery practice, and work with the best team in the business while doing it.
- You'll help shape resilient, sustainable communities, one project at a time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter.
- Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, along with related master planning, design, and project development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client-facing skills.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
